Broccoli is an excellent cool season vegetable for use in late autumn, winter and early spring. It is a close relative of the cauliflower, but the tightly packed heads are green. The large centre head can reach 20 cm in diameter. When this is cut, new shoots with smaller heads will form. Endurance Hybrid has execptionally dense, high quality heads.
