Returns Policy
Some people may think because we offer our services over the internet that it may be unsafe doing business with us. However we have found that many of our customers would prefer to deal with us online. It is a faster and more convenient way of services our customers as you are able to shop and order 24 hours, 7 days a week.
As for our products, we have gone to great lengths to source the best quality in seeds, and we pass that directly onto you. We ensure our seeds are professionally cleaned giving them the best chance for your home garden. We believe in our products, and are proud to present them to you, hoping your satisfaction and needs will be met as well.
Exchanges
Within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, you may exchange your item. Returning of items is under the condition that the packaging has not been broken and that it is in new condition. Only exchange will be given of the same value, so please choose wisely.
When sending you return back to us, include a note detailing the product you would like to receive in place of the item you are returning.
Purchase Payment Options
For all purchases, payments must be made at the time of purchase. Rangeview Seeds accepts orders that are processed online using a credit card. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard although we may accept other cards in the future.
By using a credit card for your purchase, you assert and represent that you are the authorized cardholder of the card, bound by the terms and conditions of the card issuer, with full authority to create a binding contract for the sale.
